What a day !
Spent all of today with two of my best friends, Seamus Loughran and Heavyweight Commonwealth Champion Martin Rogan.
Two of the toughest, hardest men i have met, but have been blessed to call my friends.
Rogie started training in a new Boxing Gym in Belfast and i was asked to cover this for him and Presseye, what a job ! money for doing something i love.
I’ve spent the last two weeks in and out of bed, ( hence lack of blog updates ! ), barely able to walk so to get out and work today was awesome.
